ICT4ELT Experience - Week 7

In last couple of days I had to catch up with my University studies but I also tried to create something for this course. I created a page with useful links I mostly use for my work and I also tried to create a quiz in Google docs. It's just a short test about London but I like this tool a lot and I will use it in the future for sure:o))

ICT4ELT Experience - Week 6

Not working on the course this week. It seems all my Uni teachers went crazy 'coz ask for dreadfully long seminar papers. As I am finishing, my University studies are more important for me these days (sorry, James).
On Friday I even fell asleep and woke up when my head hit the keyboard of my comp. I feel so sorry I can't manage especially when I see my fellow classmates to do so much of wonderful work:o(
Have to go now, my daughter's complaining I don't spend any time with her so we're going to play cards for a while.

ICT4ELT Experience - Week 5

Gosh, today I woke up and realized it's Sunday again. I don't know what's going on lately, but the time keeps passing by and I cannot catch up - maybe because last three days I spent in bed with cold:o(
Well, never mind. I like Johanna Stirling's Language Garden. There is great stuff and I will definitely use it in the future. I have also managed to add some useful links to my web page and I also had a look at Wolfram Alpha - again. And again I have to say I don't like it. There is lots of Maths, Science but I couldn't find something really related to teaching languages.

ICT4ELT Experience - Week 3

I was busy this week so I haven't managed everything I wanted to. But I created my first extranormal video and published it, added also some tasks. Of course I worked on my web, uploaded some of my worksheets, but again - I planned to do more. I am a bit dissapointed because a lot of the links provided in the course book are not working - I keep getting a message they have expired:o((

Well, doesn't mind, I'll hopefully manage by myself.
I hope next week I will have enough time to have a look at Wolfram Alpha.

ICT4ELT Experience - Week 2

Three days into the second week I could finally start with my course (uffff). I have a lot of work to do if I want to catch up. Just now I have spent 3 hours by examining the blog and its tools and I feel totally exhausted. But never mind, I'm going to continue.

ICT4ELT Experience - Week 1

As I could not attend the first meeting, my first week of the course was a kind of nightmare. I wanted to start working but I could find any contact for James. My colleague Zina helped me a lot as well as Mrs. Mudrochova, the Educa co-ordinator. All I managed was to create a gmail account and creating a blog. Let's hope everything will be better next time.

I would also like to say BIG 'Thank you' to Jan Medek, who was trying to help me too.
